Privacy and Terms of Service

All information shared with NetCat Design on a professional level will remain confidential until that information is live on the Internet.

NetCat Design does NOT disclose email addresses to any outside companies, nor do we sell, give, or trade email addresses.

NetCat Design reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

NetCat Design reserves the right to terminate any contract at any time for any reason.

NetCat Design will not begin creation of a site until a written agreement is signed and returned via fax or mail.

NetCat Design reserves the right to ask for a deposit if we feel it is needed and will not begin creation of a site until the deposit, if required, is paid in full. The deposit is non-refundable if the client terminates agreement. I reserve the right to keep the deposit when I terminate an agreement in certain situations. If the deposit is kept, all unfinished work will be handed over to the client.

Failure to make payment within 30 days of the completion of a site, or within the agreed time allotted for payments made in increments (which ever comes first) will result in legal action.

All returned checks will result in a fee of $50.

All sites are property of the client once a payment is made in full. All logos and trademarks are property of their original owners.
